Cookie with Butter and RaisinsCookie with Butter and Raisins

 

Ingredients:

195g cake flour, 3 egg yolk, 12g dry milk, 60g butter (room temperature), 50g sugar, 80g raisin.

Topping: 1/2 egg yolk.

 

Method:

1. Mix butter, with dry milk and sugar, beat well.

2. Add egg yolk into butter mixture, one at a time, beat well.

3. Add flour into butter mixture, mix well.

4. Add raisin into flour mixture, mix well.

5. Roll the dough into a big sheet, cut with cookie cutter.

6. Preheat oven to 350 degree.

7. Brush egg yolk on top of cookies, bake for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown.

8. Transfer to wired rack to cool.
