Stir Fried Asparagus with EggsStir Fried Asparagus with Eggs

 

Ingredients:

eggs, asparagus, seasoning.

 

Method:

1. Chop asparagus into inch-length stick.

2. Mix a little bit cooking wine with eggs, beat well.

3. Heatup the skillet, add cooking oil, cook eggs until firm, transfer to plate, set aside.

4. Add some cooking oil into skillet, pour asparagus into skillet, cook several minutes until heat throughly.

Constantly stirring while cooking.

5. Add eggs back into skillet, then add salt to your taste.

6. Add 1 tbsp water into skillet, stir until water's about dry out.

7. Transfer to plate, serve when hot.
